Well...I did end up getting a shot of this before church this morning. I added the glittery sticker border to the top front panel and I like it better. Doesn't look so naked anymore. Cailtin LOVED it. I went back to my seat after she opened it and I saw her show it to her mom. Mom had a big smile on her face when she opened it up. So...a good result for all that angst!
Thanks for looking.
Beverly
What an ADORABLE idea!

Here are a couple things I've been working on; used the cricut markers from Louise and the Bloom stamps from Rosie. Still have to work on a second scrapbook page to match the first one. Thanks again!
The flower picture at the top of the scrapbook page is in a stack of fillable photo sleeves from CTMH, so I could include many photos. After you insert the page into your protective sheet, you then carefully cut an opening, so you can reach your photos to turn and look at them. Haven't cut the protective sheet yet; should be interesting! LOL! I have another stack of photos to use on the opposite page to I plan to make for the other side.

Here are some glitter buttons I made. After seeing a post from another person on Splitcoast about making glitter buttons, I had to try it out! Now, I have glitter everywhere, even after sweeping three times, lol. Will vacuum it later on today. Thanks to the person who gave me the Avon yellow and orange nail polish. It gave me more colors to use! Just painted them with nail polish; let one coat dry, and then immediately after painting on second coat, I sprinkled them with glitter.
Now, when I get time, I need to make up some sentiments or something to share. Was going to make cricut shapes, but they may have to wait a bit. If you saw the looks of my craft room right now, you'd know why! lol.
I had to use straight pins punched through a few sheets of craft foam to secure the buttons, so I could paint them. I tried the green floral foam, but little bits of fuzzy foam kept getting on the buttons. It probably ruins the pins you use, but I'm guessing if I wiped them with nail polish remover, it would come off. Made for a fun and messy project. Just be sure to open some windows if you do it; it smelled like a nail salon in the house, until I did.

Finally finished the second page of a layout I started on eons ago..
Was so excited, I had to post it. I love finishing things; hasn't happened too often lately.
Love those flip-flap pages from CTMH; you can fit bookoo pics on a page. Used the awesome flower stamps Rosie sent me. As simple as these were, I can't believe how long it took me to finish them! I am SLOOOWWW! LOL!
Sorry if it seems I'm posting a lot, but this was all done over the span of a couple months.
The stamp set on the lambs is CTMH "He Is Risen". The bunnies and stamps on the other Easter cards are CTMH "Sensational Season". On the girl bunny card, the digi sentiment "Somebunny" is from SgtStamper and the outline frame digi is "matlayers 3" from Bird's Cards. The sentiment frame was colored by my niece at an earlier time, so I had to include in on her card. I thought she'd get a kick of that... The stickers are from Mrs. Elizabeth's or is it Miss? DER!
PIF's on these cards were paper on the lamb cards and SU Stampin Up block stickers on the bunny card. Thought you might like to see how I used some of the goodies you sent me! So thankful! So thoughtful and kind of you to share! Thank you again!
Beautiful cards and I love those bunnies. I wouldn't have thought to use the SU block stickers on cards! Great job and thanks for sharing with us. I feel bad that I haven't posted any pics here lately!
Thank You!
Don't feel bad Arlene! I know how it is. It took me a few months to get that much done. Life is busy and sometimes it's just hard to do anything extra. I had good intentions of getting the house in order today, but I'm already starting to feel sick and getting tired. Hoping laying down for a short bit will help.
Thanks again for the compliments. I love bunnies too!
Louise sent me such great dp in the pack of b/w "scraps" that she sent. This card featured a large piece of flocked paper and one of the flowers is a metallic grey piece that she sent me also. Caitlin's College Congrats
WOW Gail. Great job. You almost (I said almost) make me wish I hadn't given away all those scraps! LOL I love this thread. It really helps me to see what can be done with bit, pieces and brains. :p

Had another opportunity to use a piece of dp from Louise to make a quick card for the sketch challenge today that I needed for my son. Connor's Confirmation Card
I LOVE your card! That image is just so touching, along with the saying and the title! Beautiful, and I love the way you used things, like the tree from the coffee sleeve. Very imaginative! Gorgeous card; love it! So glad you shared it!

I've been kind of melancholy about my emptying nest (my DD graduated from college and will be married in Sept- she's living at home for the summer, but is gone a lot! #2 is about to graduate college in December and is living in an apartment 25 miles from here #3 is about to turn 18, graduated from high school and is living with his brother...oh and he just met a girl!) So many wonderful changes, but changes nonetheless! I finally had a chance to use my All Nestled In stamps that someone kindly pif to me to make a plaque. Here's my Monochromatic Mother's Heart that uses the nest (omitted the eggs) from the set. THANKS to all who share on the pif thread!
Oh wow, Christi! Those are amazing! So beautiful!
I've made a few cards with some of the goodies I was gifted over the past couple months. Do you recognize any of your PIF's?
The above image has PIF safety pin brads and spots & dots embossing folder. The clown doll image is a digi from Floppy Latte's.
This one has PIF paper. The image is from the CFC freebie challenge at The Outlawz. The happy birthday sentiment was also a PIF.
This has PIF paper, punched border, birthday tag. The image is another digi from the CFC freebie challenge at The Outlawz.
This card has PIF paper, green stars, and supergirl image.
Thank you! You have really helped me to get some cards made!

I really need to start a little book with what I got from whom written down. I've pulled out some of the pif goodies I've received while playing in the dare to get dirty challenges this past week. Hello Friend used the All Nestled In stamp set that I was gifted.
and I dusted off the CB Circles ef to make The Chevron Type
I haven't been on the thread in a while, but I do appreciate all who've continued to pay it forward and I thank those who sent me the goodies I used on these cards!
