Just wondering if I should be concerned. I placed an order on the 15th and haven't heard a peep. I sent an email asking for the status because when I follow the link that was sent with the order confirmation to check the order status is has no info. What should I do?

Check the item listings to see if anything you bought is on back order.

yep, if something you ordered (like the tins, I know they went fast) was on backorder your whole order will not ship until that item comes back into stock. The customer service is awesome and you should get an email very soon. I wouldn't worry. But I know how it feels to have to wait.

I ordered right away right after the stamps went "live" and I hadn't heard a thing either. I wrote one email, then another. I did get a reply finally. I had ordered the hinged boxes and they were on backorder, so they had JUST gotten them in a couple days ago. So my order shipped yesterday (or today). I guess they've been SO busy that they haven't had time to answer emails. I'd suggest emailing again.

I ordered a few minutes after the release and I got my stamps today, the delay was for the tins I ordered. They will ship as soon as they can, their customer service is amazing!

I also ordered when the items went live. For me, it was still the 14th. Immediately after, I received the email order confirmation, dated 9/14. The next day, I received an email dated 9/15/07 saying that my package would ship on 9/17; I did not order any tins. Goods received: 9/20/07.
