I'm trying to get into the papertrey ink gallery this am to see all of the new samples, but my login says my account is deactivated. Of course, there's no helpful link to show me how to REACTIVE! Apparently I'm just out for good now! And I can't register again because my email address is already on file on my "deactived" account. GRRRR. I liked the old Papertrey better when if wasn't so complicated.
I empathize! A few months ago, I had a similar problem when trying to place an order with My Favorite Things. (My email address had changed.) Sometimes computers can drive you crazy! Try emailing customer service.
Have you posted there since the new forum went live? Rick mentioned that he had deactivated anyone who had registered, but not posted because he figured lots of people had registered solely to get entered into the big drawing. You might need to register again. HTH
You may need to re-register in the forum first. If you go to http://www.papertreyink.com/ you will see FORUM & GALLERY in the top center. Click there to take you to the forum; you will see the registering boxes there. From that point, you will be able to enter the Gallery (there is a link marked "Gallery 2" in the upper right). I hope this solves your problems!

Aaaahhh, maybe that's what happened to me last night! I couldn't find the gallery, then it was asking me to sign in in order to view the gallery but didn't recognize my info; I also had trouble ordering; it kept bringing me to a page to sign up for a Paypal account when that's all I've ever used for PTI orders! I ended up giving up for the night and tried again this morning and had no problems with viewing the gallery or ordering with Paypal!

Same thing happened to me and Rick said the accounts are automatically deactivated if you haven't logged in in a couple of weeks. If you email him he will reactivate.

Really? Deactivated just because of no posts. Some folks just like to gaze!!

I think the de-activation applied to accounts that had never logged in, not ones that had not posted. I am pretty much a lurker and mine is still active despite no posts. I understood it to be accounts that registered for the giveaway, but after so many weeks had not logged on were de-activated.
