I found it to work better on some paint chips more so than others. Go back to the paint chip and try again with the eraser barely damp. I had great success with Martha Stewart chips from K Mart and Kilz Casual Colors from Wal Mart.

Magic Eraser...is that the one that is white on one side and blue on the other and magically gets stuff off walls? I've been wondering how to remove the words from paint chips!
