Default Is this a standard size?

I bought some Christmas ornaments that came really nice boxes, well, really nice if you're a stampin' recycler like me! They are 3 1/4" x 4 1/4" x 5/8"and are glossy red cardboard on the bottom and they have a clear insert piece for the top. I thought of making little notes and giving them as gifts or using them to make some sort of Valentine treat or gift holder. I have five of them. I even saved the insert that held the ornament on the inside because it is the sme rich, glossy red of the outer packaging. Do they make 3 x 4 envelopes? Is it a mailable size? Thanks!

That's not a std size for an envelope. If you ck this thread you'll find most of the std sizes listed.
Card Sizes

Hope this helps!
