I'm all the way in Western Canada and it's cheaper to pay the higher shipping costs and order from Rusty at Oozak than it is to shop at my LSS! He has great customer service, even across the border!
He is the best!!!! You always know that your order will be shipped almost immediately and any issues will also be resolved immediately!!!! One of the best on line stores!!!! AND great prices
I totally agree!!! I love Rusty, he's so great at answering questions about "how much can I shove into this box?" , "can you custom order this for me?" He is wonderful to deal with, I'm in Canada and the shipping is Great!!!
Rusty is so efficient it is scary
Not only his speedy and accurate shipping, but the way he packages things for shipping. .
He uses recycled copic boxes that the markers come in from the factory for packing material. He has it down to a science exactly how many little boxes to use to fill in the space in the mailing box with your purchases .
When I get a box there is not a nano inch of empty space in the mailing box
They should hire him as a speaker at CHA on how to run an efficient mail order business

I'm in Calgary too and Oozak is about the only place I will order from in the States. Rusty knows how to take care of his customers, has great prices (best place to buy Copics), and always makes sure to give you the best shipping options/price. I always recommend Oozak since its so "Canadian friendly".
Adding my love for Rusty too! The way he conducts his business is PERFECT, excellent customer service, best prices anywhere, so simple to say, so difficult to practice day in and day out so it would seem from the way so many others fall short. CONGRATS to you Rusty for all of your success, you really deserve it!
Thought I'd mention one feature I especially like . . .if a product is out of stock, you hit a little button that says 'notify me' and a pop up window appears for you to enter your email address. Simple. You don't have to click back and forth between pages, or reenter a search term.
Totally agree. When I placed my first order, Rusty called me to tell me he was going to change the shipping I had checked and instead send it first class mail to save me money.
His customer service is the best!
