Ok, so you know how World Card Making Day is coming up on October 6th??
I was just surfing some blogs and I came across the A Muse news blog and I saw the most wonderful program they are doing in honor of World Card Making Day!
They are selling super cute card kits at a 15% discount to us, and in addition, donating 25% to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital!! And the kits are darling!! What a fantastic cause to support!!
A Muse is also collecting Cards for a Cause to be sent to St. Jude's. They are going to draw winners from the cards they receive and give away fun prizes!!
To me, this program sounds like what the true meaning of World Card Making Day should be!! :-D
See the kits and check out all of the details on the A Muse News blog:
You know you want one of the kits. They are FANTABULOUS!!! You need to get some for yourself and some for gifts for all your stamping friends. And don't forget to make some cards to send to A Muse so they can donate them to St. Jude!
This is such an awesome cause! It is so heartwarming that A Muse is doing such a wonderful thing for World Card Making Day. Way to make a difference in the world!

I agree wholeheartedly! This is for such a great cause! Linda (the owner of A Muse) has such a big heart! She has definitely captured the true meaning of WCMD.
Has anyone been able to pay via Paypal? I've tried a few times, but after I click the pay via Paypal button, I get a message that says:
The seller accepts encrypted website payments only. You cannot pay the seller through un-encrypted buttons. Please contact your seller for more details.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I tried to log into my Paypal account prior to clicking the pay button, but that didn't work either.
The kits are just so cute that I don't want to wait to get them
These kits are TOO cute and so awesome that A Muse is offering them and such a sweet cause to donate to! I love them all and know I have at least one stamp in each kit too, but I don't have Marcus and I'm thinking, all the goodies in that kit are perfect, plus, I just think it's hilarious that they used the red twinkle sticker on his nose!! So perfect with the sentiment. I already have the sentiment, but I know many people who'd love to have it too!!
Too awesome!

Hi Dawn,
I've forwarded your post to A Muse. I'm sure they'll get back to you. I tried it myself and got the same message.

If anyone has a problem again, please post here so that we can let A Muse know!! This is a great program and we don't want anyone to miss out on it!! :-D
lilian - I just tried the A Muse News blog where the kits are posted and it worked for me. Here is the link again if you need it. http://amusenews.typepad.com/a_muse_news/
The main A Muse site though does seem to be slow tonight for some reason.
Thank you to everyone that has posted encouraging comments and especially to those that have purchased kits for our our Cards for a Cause program. We are honored to support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital with this program.
I wanted to pop in and let you know that the kits do not include a black ink pad. We decided that since most people likely have a black ink pad, we wouldn't increase the cost of the kit to include one. So, if you are purchasing a kit as a gift, please bear this in mind. Of course, if you need a great black ink pad, we can help you out with this as well. ;)
Again, thank you for your support and for your help in spreading the word.

I got my kits yesterday and wanted to post to say how nice they are. Aside from everything being precut, there is a sample of the card that the kit makes and there is a very detailed instruction sheet on how to make the cards. They are really nice kits! Thanks to the OP for sharing. I have bought AMUSE stamps a few times but would probably not have seen the kits.
