Default Military Family RAK???

I was so thrilled to see so many people interested in supporting the troops and was wondering if I can take a lead in compling a list of people (1) who have family members or friends who are deployed and (2) who are interested in sending RAK cards to them.

For the first list, if you are the person whose family member is deployed, you can send me your name, address, and your relationship to the deployed person, and whatever the info you want us to have.

If you know someone, however, I think the very best way is for you to give us the name of your friend/neighbor, etc. and give us YOUR name and address so your info is printed on the RAK list. Then you can take it to your friend and tell her/him the stories behind the card that was sent to them.

For the second list - the people who are interested in sending cards - I think all I need is your name and e-mail address.

I have never organized anything like this so please advise if I should be doing it some other way or if you know a better way to go about doing this.

I really think military family members, especially those who have husband/child/relative deployed in the dessert will love to see that we care for them. Let me know what you all think. My e-mail is [email protected]

Hey ChiChi! My husband is officially active duty and has been for the last 3 years, but right now he is home on leave. He will be leaving back out soon, so we will be on our own again. It is hard sometimes, but you get support from so many different places that it makes it a lot easier. I will send you my address and other info! Thanks fir this gesture!!

Hi ChiChi
Thank you so much for such thoughtfulness! My hubby is also active duty but is home right now working in a non-deploying position. I will ask him to give me some names and addresses of people he knows that are deployed as I'm sure they will love cards. I would also like to be put on your second list too for making cards to send over. There is also a web site, www.angelstampersforsoldiers.com, that sends cards to soldiers overseas. Maybe they have some ideas for you too. Thanks again for thinking of the guys overseas and their families.
