I didn't pick an answer, but here is what I found. I have silver and copper so played about with them. Silver stands out more and copper gets lost unless you bring in another color like old olive or thyme to make it show up... I'm sure I didn't help you much good luck!

I prefer silver with it but gold doesn't do too bad. Not a fan of the copper though.

If you really have to have a metallic, then I would use silver.
But my favorite is to use BLACK! Cranberry is the only color that I can get to look good with black, and I love the look.

I really like the gold. Here is a link to a card I made with gold c/s, cranberry and thyme. I used gold ep too. HTH!

I like it with gold. I don't know why, but whenever I use red tones I use gold and with blue tones I use silver.

I like the gold! I think it pulls out the warmth from the cranberry.
