Yes, now more than ever we need to send cards. Nursing home residents have to stay in their rooms and must be so lonely. Let's do what we can to brighten their days. That goes for friends, neighbors, and those still working to keep us safe. We all love to make cards - this is what we DO!

Here in the Pacific Northwest, our local radio station has started a "Letters of Hope Project". Gee and Ursula launch letter writing campaign for nursing homes Sending cards and letters to nursing home residents and staff. Pick one in your local community or even across the country. Sending words of kindness, thanks and uplifting thoughts. Great way to use up those cards you aren't sure who to send to. I am so grateful for SCS, and "our" community of crafty folks. Don't know what I would do without you! Stay safe and well everyone.
