Can someone help me. I have ordered from an online shop but can't remember the name. It is not Paper Tray Ink but I can't even come close to remembering what it is. It is a common one I have heard on this site. No, I can't even give a clue to what it might be. What are some of the common ones ordered from? Can I ask that on here? Just thought it might ring a bell if someone said the name.
My Favorite Things, Ellen Hutson, Simon Says Stamps, Frantic Stamper. Sweet n Sassy...there are sooooo many! What did you order before? Was it a variety of brands or company exclusive?
gosh it was embellishments maybe a stamp or two. This is so frustrating! Thanks for taking the time to reply. It was a variety of stuff not just one brand.
Generally speaking, when you order online you get an email of some sort acknowledging that you placed an order (often even if it hasn't been filled or shipped or anything). Did you receive an email? How long ago did you place the order? Also, depending on how you paid for it, you could check the account - PayPal, Visa, whoever - and see what shows up there...
Sorry I didn't make myself clear. I ordered over a year ago and had no problems. I just wanted to spend some more money but can't remember the site. Sorry to make it sound urgent. Thank you for the help.
What I'd suggest is to look at some of the sites already mentioned here. My best guess is that whoever suggested a site has probably ordered from who they suggested, and they probably wouldn't suggest a site that they'd had a bad experience with. Personally, I don't do a lot of online ordering (mostly because I already have SO MUCH), but others can steer you to great online sellers and you can check them out for yourself to see who has what you want...
Perhaps it would be easiest to check back on credit card statements to find the name of the company.
I used to have this problem of not remembering the company & product ordered, then I started keeping a single sheet of the first transaction in a protective sleeve. Thie sheet inside will have a note about the common web page and password info.. On the edge of the protective sheets I use, there is a nice white area by the notebook holes. I write the name of the company and a short description of the product ordered and month/year info. This protective sheet goes in a Manila folder called Online Stamp Stores.
Having this simple reference file has saved me lots of wasted time trying to figure out how to find certain products again.
Hope you are able to find the company you are looking for!
Another good place for all purpose, online shopping for stamps and other crafting supplies is 123 Stitch. They have a huge inventory of all brands, good prices and reasonable shipping rates. They are great with customer service should you need it. Here is a link:
