I moved to Tuscaloosa,, AL a year ago, and haven't been able to find an independent store or fellow crafter anywhere near by. If your anywhere near Tuscaloosa and would like to chat and maybe crop together would you send me a message? I've been kind-of lonely here without any crafting buddies.

I'm not nearby, but I live in Muscle Shoals. No stamping stores here either, nor are there any in Huntsville. Hobby Lobby got rid of most of their stamping items, and it seems that JoAnn is doing the same. But they have two rows of rolls dedicated for Cricut machines.
Unfortunately, I'm not near by either. I'm in Huntsville. I too would like to find a stamping buddy nearby. I hope you find a crafting friend to share your passion with. Have a great day!
It seems scrapbooking and card making are not getting shelf space they used to get. I have a Cricut, but I haven't used it yet (I've had it about 3 years!) The last time I was in our Hobby Lobby the stamp section was still pretty big, but it's been a month or more since I've been in.
I've been in and out of Huntsville quite a few times in the past couple of months. The only doctor I could find in AL that could take care of an implanted pain medication pump I have is at Huntsville Hospital. I just had surgery there last month. I wish it were a bit closer. I go once a month more or less.
I hope you find a crafting buddy, too. It just seems more enjoyable when you have someone to crop with.

Hi, I live in Florence, AL and knew you were close to Pam (Craftea19) and sent her a message you were looking for a crafting buddy. I see she messaged you. I have a couple people who live close to me and make cards. It really makes it fun to craft with someone. I see you have to go to Huntsville on occasion. There used to be a couple awesome scrapbook (craft) stores there and one in Madison I always stopped at when going to Huntsville. So sad they are all now closed.
