I was wondering if anyone has had any problems getting a hold of this company ~ I had a small problem with my order & I've emailed them twice and I've even called them ~ I haven't heard anything back from them. Is this out of their home ~ should I expect some response in the evening? Any advice?

They are usually pretty quick at responding. I wonder if they have an email issue.

Yeah! I just got a call ~ they've sent me a couple of emails ~ & wanted to let me they've already sent out my replacement!

Thank you! I knew there had to be something that wasn't getting thru & I'm thankful that there is such a great place like SCS were there are always such kind and helpful people!
