I finally made a card for all 8 stamps in the "little Hellos" set. To see teh individual cards go to my gallery at www.splitcoaststampers.com/go/ginapier I had touble figuring out how to do a set sampler but ITS FINALLY DONE!!! What better way to push the kit then showing a set sampler!
Its says on the cover:
"Little Hellos" See the Kit on Page 24! #104587 The perfect starter kit for $49.25.
Or get just the set on page 81 #104478 for $19.95
I really need to get busy and make some more set samplers. I haven't made any in a long time, and most the ones I have are for retired sets. Obviously not a good selling point!
Your set sampler looks great!

I've had this set for over 6 months and NEVER touched it! It does absolutely NOTHING for me. However, looking at your gallery, you have inspired me to at least TRY to do something with it!!!! Thank you!!! ~Pam
what all do u use set samplers for? is this a hostess gift? i wouldn't imagine it would be something to pass around really, as your topper would be ruined after people open it. I really need to get around to making set samplers, but don't know all the uses...fill me in!!

The set sampler does get pased around so people can flip teh pages and see the versatility of the set by the various cards displayed in teh set sampler. The topper wouldnt come apart...
The topper had all pertinent information regarding the set at a quick glance to entice people into ordering the set/kit...
i see now...i was thinking u had the cards in the baggie...then put a topper on....much like everyone does with the candies...now i see that u have each card in a separate part, for the customer to view...sorry! do u happen to have some sort of instructions on how to make these, or tips, etc...this will be a great idea for my first workshop!! thanks!!

I honestly didnt have any directions to go on and didnt watch "the video" Use the large celophane bags that came in your starter kit. The cards fit in them perfectly. I trimmed about 2 1/2 inches off of the tops of each celophane bag- just eye balled it with teh cards inside.
From there just take your SU cardstock usually something that matches the front card that you are displaying. fold it over leaving enough space top exhibit you set details. I typed those up on WORD seo they look nice and neat. Attached it to the SU cardstock et voila.
Sorry I dont have specific instructions but I literally winged it and eyeballed everything. I Love the idea of the samplers and may need to make a few more. I think they will really boost sales when people see how many different cards ytou can make using one set.
Did you put one sample card with a "recipe" on the back side or did you put two sample cards back to back (without showing the "recipe") in each cello bag?
I'm planning my first SU! gathering on the 18th too! I need to get going on some set samplers. Thanks for inspiring me.
