I had similar experiences and got a similar scolding email in 2007, so I pm'd my guess to nursechrissy. Same vendor! I'm glad you got your problem solved and money back, nursechrissy. It is my feeling emails need to be answered and customers don't need to be scolded.

On the other hand, there are some WONDERFUL companies who stand behind their service. If they make a mistake, they go far beyond what is necessary to righten the wrong. Those marvelous companies are ones we go back to again and again.
