Hi! I just signed up today as a SU demo and here on Splitcoast! I've been a big fan of this website and SU stamps but never really joined and own one SU stamp set (which has now been retired). But after looking at all the cards in the gallery and checking out the stamps on the online catalog, I knew I was pretty much hooked! I attended a workshop and got to play with some of the stamps and then when the demo and I started talking, the discussion of signing up just came up. I knew that signing up as a demo was a win-win situation for me (I make a lot of cards to give away, as well as cards for all my kids invites and invites for friends who request it). I'm just really excited to get started with this new journey, and wanted to say hi!
Welcome to SU! and SCS. This is such a great place to be. The ideas are never ending and there are always lots of people to help you with your questions. Best of luck with SU!
Congrats! And don't forget to sign up for the demo side of SCS too! You'll find a TON of useful business info over there! Be warned though! You'll spend at LEAST 2 days just looking at all the cool stuff over there!
you are DOOOMED doomed I say!! ;) you will be sucked into the abyss that is SU!/SCS and never return..and you won't want to!
you will learn a lot here, have a ton of fun, get some great ideas and be sucked into getting stuff you never knew you needed (Cuttlebugcuttlebugcuttlebugcuttlebug)
--gm I live in the "boonies" of Jackosnville--northside! We like the quiet up here and the lack of traffic, but I just hate that we have to drive 20 minutes to get anywhere. But you take the bad with the good, right?!
--Mrsjvb, the cuttlebug is in the "Wish List", as well as the nestabilities dies, oh and did I mention the score-pal too?! But I promised the hubbsy I wouldn't go crazy buying ALL of them at once. I figure, for every workshop/card set I sell I'll reward myself!
I can't wait to get my kit and start playing....but I really do need to fix my craft room first. Unfortunately, it's a train wreck in there and I gotta get moving to fix it so when my kit comes next week I'll be set!
Again, thank you all for the warm welcome....I know I'm loving this place already.
