I think there are several vendors on here, but I couldn't tell you which ones, lol. I have most recently purchased a set from QVC that were sold with Wacky Tac's vellum tape...the idea being to use the tape as a temporary adhesive for the stamps. One of them was a 12" long one, meant for doing scrapbook borders. They even have a nice grid on them. Sorry, don't have the item number...
O-2-Be -Stamping - I know this is a bit "off the beaten track" but I hope you don't mind a quick question - were you able to unmount a wheel stamp from stampin' up? I've asked a number of SU demonstrators, and they were not sure it could be done because the rubber is so thin. Is there any "secrets" to getting it off the wheel. Thank you very much!

I have not been so brave YET, but my SIL has and she used the EZ Mount system. Since there is no foam on the wheel like other SU stamps, I think you will need to use this. Now whether you want the regular or the thin mount I guess is up to you. I just wanted to be prepared when I do get brave enough to do so. HTH.

Go to a windshield replacement shop and ask them if they have some plexiglass scraps big enough. I got mine for $2 and made TONS of blocks out of it. All different sizes. Works just as well as a $20 acrylic block just isn't as thick. HTH

Another spot to check out is your local glass replacement shop. This is where I get my acrylic from. They even cut it to size for me. $8.00 got me 4 3"x3" and 8 2"x2" blocks.
Another place I can get acrylic from is an army surplus store. You have to cut the acrylic to size yourself, though.

They peel right off...no problem...I have unmounted 12 wheels....now I actually use them....where the rubber meets, just use an exacto knife to cut through the glue and peel right off...if there is any residue left on the rubber just rub your finger over it and it comes right off.

You know what finally made me stop being chicken about unmounting some of my wheels? I remembered how quickly I can go into a stamp trimming frenzy with a $40+ set! So what's so scary about a wheel that cost me $6 or $8? They come off super easy. As others have said, just cut through the glue at the seam and the rest is simple. The best part is that you can trim them down once you unmount them and get rid of the extra rubber at the edges that picks up ink.
