Demo pre-orders
You can see my post under "Question for demos" for the whole explanation about hostess sets, but here's the part about minis.
As far as the mini-catalogues go, as a demo, we receive a comp copy of the mini about 6-8 weeks ahead of time, and we have the opportunity to buy up to one of ever set during the month before the mini goes into effect, so we can make samples and plan workshops.
They also release about 5 or 6 new sets from the big catty for demos to purchase about 6 weeks before the new catty releases, but we don't get to see the catty ahead of time.
