How do you use Amy R stamps?

So, I just ordered two of Amy R's stamp sets from All That Scraps, and received them in the mail (beautiful!!)... but then realized that I have never used unmounted rubber before! What do I do?!? They have the black on the back of them with white paper coating them - does this mean they'll cling to clear blocks? Sorry for what must be such an obvious question to so many of you, but I'm completely baffled!!

Hi there! It does get confusing with all the different ways we can purchase stamps these days...lol. Just remove the white paper backing and the black ez mount thin will cling to any clear block. Happy stamping!
