Default Hope is.

Hi
Is anyone else having a hard time with this set? I can't seem to ink the whole ribbon on the large stamp. Any tips would help.
Thanks.......

Sorry for the late reply...hope you're still checking. Have you tried turning the stamp face up and the ink face down to cover the image?

Sometimes it just takes us a while...I went to bed early last night!

The large ribbon stamp in my set was defective. I tried it over and over, and always got 3 "bald" spots in the same places. When I examined the rubber carefully, I could see little dings in the rubber--2 straight, and one circular. I called SU! demo support, and they sent me a replacement piece of rubber; it works fine now.

If the rubber on your stamp is completely smooth like it's supposed to be, try cleaning it vigorously. If that doesn't work, rub it over a piece of brown paper bag, or use an emory board on it gently. Sometimes there's a film on the rubber that keeps it from picking up the ink evenly.

If all else fails, call ds (or have your demo call them).
