Default help...postcard paper??

A friend asked me about cardstock to use for postcards. I have personally used a gloss paper to make some stamped postcards. The girl is going to be selling them and wants to make nice postcards. I am not actually sure what exactly she does to them (she lives in NY and I live in OH) But she wants to know about paper weight and wants to use RECYCLED paper. The recycled part is what throws me. I have no idea! I use SU! paper but I do not think that is recycled paper. Anyone know who sells recycled paper that could be used for postcards???

I am not too sure about the recycled part, but I have made postcards from a postcard pad before. It was watercolour paper - 140 lbs.
