Smile Help...need ideas for a kids birthday party

I am having a combined birthday party for my 2 daughters ( ages 7 and 12). They want to do card making!!! I am a scrapbooker...ummmmmmmmmmmm!! I have a cuttlebug and most of the A2 folders and many of the spellbinder dies...and will buy what I need.

What I need is ideas for cards. I am not a stamper really but can learn some simple techniques to pass on>>>i know..i am sounding desperate right now. I need an idea that I can have mostly cut out and ready for them just to glue together and personalize..HELP

I am looking for ideas in the following themes - Christmas, fathers day, mothers day, halloween, birthday......anything

Does anyone have any sites they can send me to with step by step instructions....

Thanks for any help

kristy

Default Recommendation.

I would recommend getting some digital "stamps" online. Why? No messy ink. You can print a bunch of them from your computer. Get a large container of Rose Art pencils so the girls can color. Get a few spools of skinny ribbon and some stickers at Michael's or Archivers and you are all set.

I used these digi-stamps for my granddaughter's birthday.... Frillie Millies from Pink Petticoat stamps are soooo cute. Prices are in British pounds, but they are very inexpensive.

Wendalyn's blog has a list of many other digi-stamp sites along the right side-bar. Just scroll down a bit and start clicking.
