I know someone on here has said before to make a clipboard. You could either cover it with pictures from the season or of the team or with scrapbooking baseball paper. Or maybe both. Every coach could use a clipboard or even for when she's not coaching. My husband coaches soccer and last year the girls made him a really nice scrapbook. They did pictures of the team and from the season and each girl made their own page. They put their picture on it and wrote something nice like a memory from the season or what they learned that year. They are high school age so that might be a little much for T-ball age, but a scrapbook with just pictures would be nice.
Good Luck!

My youngest son has had a woman coach for the last two years. Each year the team has gone in and given a gift certificate. One coach got a spa certificate, the other a certificate to dinner (she wasn't a spa kind of gal).

Thanks for the great ideas. I really like the clipboard idea but I think this is her last time coaching. I think I might try making her a mini album. Thanks again for the ideas!

My husband coaches baseball for our 2 boys. To thank our parent volunteers we make certificates and frame them - "This certificate is awarded to... for Outstanding Team Parent" You could do the same for a coach.

Our last basketball season's coach received a basketball that all the kids signed. It was rather cute! You could do the same with a baseball and perhaps find a case at M's for it!
