HELP Big Shot question

I bought some transparency film to make the pillow boxes but when I cut them there is not score lines. I have tried using the crease pad too. Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong?

You may need to add a few shims. Try folding a piece of copy/printer paper in half and place that under the pillow box die. If that doesn't work, try folding the paper in half again, so that you now have four layers. Each machine works a little differently, so you just have to experiment. It's frustrating when you waste transparency paper, given how expensive it is.

Thank you I will try that. I know I don't want to waste it, but I have to get it right.

Truy using a thin sheet of chipboard (about the thickness of the chipbaord that cereal boxes, etc. are made from). Also make sure you are using the crease pad. I have had good luck using these two together.
