has anyone ever heard of NEW ENGLAND ARTS AND CRAFTS?
are they reliable? reputable? safe to shop from?

I hadn't heard of them before but afer seeing your post I went to check them out. They have some gorgeous stamps!! If I place an order (I'd make my first one small), I'll let you know how they do ;)
