Me too, Robin! I decided to get the Toucan of My Love & Collage Numbers this week...and already had canvas BG, More Petal Prints, Wheel Guide, Curvy Verses, Mon Ami, Collage Alpha! That's alot!

good news is that with Jan's description of the spring sets, I have a good idea what I want...and will only spend about $65
Aren't there a larger amount of stamp sets than normal in the Spring mini? It's going to be hard to decide what I want - especially since I'm still working on my list from the 04-05 catalog!

I heard my my demo that the accessories - ribbon, brads, wheel guide, etc. were going to be in all the minis and would make it to the new catalog come August.

we do??? I thought there were no extras when pre-ordering?? that's why I almost never pre-order. it doesn't count as sales for the quarter, and there are no host benefits. is there an exception for SAB?? someone please explain.

In the posted description of the Art of Life set, it said there was a canvas like background just more distressed. Could that be the one they used in this mini?

Buying the SAB sets on supply order dont count for our totals, but I believe when you preorder mini sets it does count toward the quarter total. We dont get Hostess bennies from pre-orders, but we still get our 20% right off the top, and last year when I ordered from the spring mini, I was surprised that the gal asked which SAB sets I wanted!! I had called in my order then. I should call to find out for sure!!

Holy Balcer Im right!!! :lol: :lol: JUST got off the phone with SU!, and when you preorder on a DEMO order( not supply), for every $50 we still get to choose a SAB set, and what you preorder goes toward your quarterly totals!!! Yippee-skippee!!!

I think it's a shame that we can't share scans of the mini at least between demos. I e-mailed DS yesterday to suggest they put the mini on the SU site when they start mailing them out so that everyone can see the new sets but haven't heard back yet. Everyone around me has received theirs. Those in SC and VA, I am so jealous.
It's in Kansas now...and I am so in trouble! I was just leafing thru and shaking my head and saying 'This is so bad' DH was looking at me like I was crazy.
I would like to sign up for some of the swaps but I do not have my mini catty yet and spots are filling up fast. Can one of you look at your catty and tell me if the "When I grow up" set is like "Totally Cool" or is it the same kids from Sweeter treaters or Kids at Play??
Jan, thank you so much for the descriptions and information!!! This site is the only thing that makes me still feel like part of the SU "family" -- please continue to post these in the general discussion group -- when I deactivated I was dropped from all the other sites, so I really still like hearing about all the stuff that is coming -- I for one get frustrated when I find out info is only in the "demo forum" because I am not there any more, and I like to hear about the special promos, also --- my downline is now my rep, and I think assumes I am still "in the know" so I often don't get to find out what is going on in "SU world" unless I am here, so I really appreciate it!!!
Been trying to get back on line since my mini post yesterday about refinancing the house to support my addiction to SU. I thought that I was a bit out of the woods with my habit of collecting stamp sets until I set my sights on the new spring catlty. Now my husband is threating to hide the mail before I get it. I keep trying to convince him that the cards that I have been making, (you all know the ones that end up costing about $80.00 per card) mean so much more to the recipient!

Only the SAB sets are pre-ordered on a supply order-- that's because when they come out, they are free, so they don't count on towards our sales during SAB.
Mini catalog items are always pre-ordered on a Demonstrator order. We get Sales, points (great rewards and cruise), and any current incentives (SAB, calendars late last year, the March special coming up, etc.) on Demonstrator orders, but no Hostess benefits.
Yeah!!!! I got my mini today and I am in south central WI. I am going to go broke, there are so many cute sets and accessories in this mini. I can't wait until Tuesday!!!
