I am working on my Website List A-Z shops and clicked on Hanna Stamps.
I know the owner up and left and there was a CLOSED DOWN NOTICE
on their website.
They just disappeared and didn't even tell their design team.
That notice is gone and this site now allows orders. Also there is a note on the bottom that states

so someone updated this website.
If so I personally will NEVER order from them again. There is no explaination nothing. No aplogy for disappearing on customers and their design team.
Thing is - if they are really still closed they should REMOVE their website as some stampers will order not knowing what happened and then never see their orders.
Personally, I would LOVE for her to be open again. I loved her stamps and I never had a problem ordering from her. I did read the other thread and was disappointed, but there are 2 sides to every story. Unfortunately, we never got the 2nd side, but maybe, just maybe she should be given a 2nd chance?

I don't think I'll take a chance. I have never ordered from her, but I did enjoy her stamp images from viewing the cards people posted in the gallery. I just won't take a chance now though. there are so many wonderful lines of stamps to choose from, I'll give my $$ to someone who has a really good reputation, like Gina K or someone like that.
My guess is that she will have the clearance sell until everything is sold out. It sounded like things were going fast. I have read that all the copics are gone. If you wnat to order, I'd do it quickly.
This is - she up and disappeared the first time - she could easily do it again. At first I thought there are some stamps I would love but I will not chance it.

If you read the thread linked above posted - I think it's pretty clear that there are not two sides to the story, really. Plain and simple, some folks paid for stamps from Hanna Stamps - me included - and did not recieve the merchandise, or as in my case - recieved the wrong set -and since last Oct I tried to contact Kristi via phone and email to no avail. No answer anywhere.
Finally she did PM me a couple of days and she has said she will get the correct stamp set in the mail. I am very hopeful that will happen.
But - if there was another side to the story - none was ever given to me.
I did very much like the Hanna Sets -but?
Just want to add - that I had ordered from Kristi in the past -and had fine service - but somehow - things went very downhill this fall.

She took my payment on the 1st of Feb (via Pay Pal) and has YET to ship my order or even give me any kind of answers as to WHEN my order might possibly ship. I've called her # listed on the Hanna Stamps site, non working, sent her several e-mails, unanswered and then I called the # listed on her pay pal account. A man answered, when I asked if it was Hanna Stamps, he HUNG UP ON ME! Dispute filed, hopefully I'll get my $ back. I was dumb enough to order 5 of the clearance sets. What was I thinking? So much for giving the benefit of the doubt to her.

How rude and sad that you got hung up on after your money was good enough for them to take!!!
I ordered from Hanna stamps in the past with no problems but at this point, I wouldn't risk it. The way the closing of the company has been handled is VERY dissappointing. :(
I am so glad the Riley Moose line was sold to another company and is still available from what I hope will be a reliable source. I haven't ordered from them yet but I do love Riley. Any one bought from them yet?
Just thought I would share a positive experience. I ordered some stamp sets from Hanna Stamps and am happy to say I received them already. The couple I ordered that were not in stock have already been refunded to my card.
I am very sorry to everyone who is having issues. I hope it all gets sorted out.
I am on the Hanna Stamps e-mail list due to my previous orders. I got two e-mails from them last night. Most of you probably got the same but incase you didn't, I will copy and paste them here:
