I had some things on my wish list and decided to go ahead and order. I glanced over my list and clicked "Add to cart" and checked out. I printed my receipt and as I went to file it I noticed that I had a set on there that was not familiar :eek: It was release time and I was SO SCARED that they would not get my email in time to see what happened but sent one anyway. Within a few hours I heard back that they had taken the item off my order and refunded my card the price of the set. Still...having heard things on here about customer service, I was nervous about what would be in the package when my goodies arrived. Well, they arrived
Packaged with the tissue wrapped around each item and thank you card right there on top. Everything was perfect as it always has been since I started ordering. I have never once had a negative experience with PTI and really feel bad for those who have...I just thought I needed to post this so that anyone who has seen the bad stuff can also see the good stuff.
