I don't use mine often, but I love having them for those times I want the soft look (and poppin pastels is a fun technique). I also have other chalks besides SU's, but I always reach for SU's because I love that the colors match the paper & ink that I'm already using.
The reason I posted this poll was because I have chalks, and they are the only thing I use for coloring right now, but I'm not so sure that I like them or not. Sometimes they seem all screwy to me, and they really know how to irritate me! Maybe Im just not very good at using them... who knows!

Who cares it we making it up?
Mine had been collecting dust until last week. I decided to use them on some framed art I was making with the blender pen. I am in love again. I am using them all the time.
I use them sometimes, but not often enough to have a full set of all colors. Can get by with a few basic colors. Can always mix and match. Using prismas and markers mostly.
I didn't answer because I have chalks by EK Success. I got them because at the time everyone was raving about chalks. I didn't care for them and piled them in the back of my supplies. Once I discovered SU and got blender pens, I used them quite a bit. I love the poppin' pastels technique too. I believe that I would use them a lot more if I had SU's pastels.
