I really like the mono multi, especially for the smaller pieces. I also have an ATG gun which makes doing layers so much quicker.

I have to say, however, that I used SU's Snail for almost two years and have never had anything come "unstuck." I make sure I burnish it really well which I read about on here quite some time ago.

"I'm somewhat surprised that the gal at the scrapbook company didn't know this...it's common knowledge."

It wasn't that she didn't know this, she wanted to let all card makers know that the adhesive you are using may not be holding together the way you think it is.
I'm sure many of the people that submitted projects to the contests thought things were great and had no idea that when their cards were taken out of the envelopes they had fallen apart and could not be entered in the contests.

I also don't want to send cards to people for a special occasion and not find out later that they fell apart and make me look bad. Too much time and effort is put into our work to have things ruined. Now, cold also may cause a problem with your adhesive, so doing a test run ahead of time would be a good idea. Check to see how long your adhesive holds, how much weight it can take, how cold/heat makes it act then you can be sure of your cards holding together.

We all hope that too but tax is also charged in stores and depending on how far out of your way you drive to get to the store the gas could (and in my case does) cost more than the S/H fee. Plus it is harder for me to just buy one thing when I drove all that distance - I can be more disciplined shopping out of a catalog.
