Default Question about Word Document Editing

I saved Beate's OSW and needed to make some adjustments to it. However, for the life of me can not figure out how to add vertical lines in Word. Her OSW was done in Word, so I know there is a way.

I wanted to use this for a workshop this Thursday, but need to correct it before I can. She has 2 Scrapbook Titles, however, one of them needs to be 2 Milk Carton squares (1 1/2"x2") and a Bookmark (1 1/2"x4 1/2").

I have attached the file for those that need a visual for this.

Anybody know how to do this??

Click on View from the menu bar
Click Toolbars, a window will open, select Drawing toolbar
On the Drawing toolbar, click on the symbol that looks like a slash \
Then, in the document 'click and hold' where you want the line to start, move to where you want line to end, then release the hold on the button.
If you need to remove a line, put the cursor on the line, click to hilight, then press the delete button on keyboard.

Hope that is clear enough to help. Let me know if you need more detail.

Forgot to mention - my DH thought I was crazy because I said I hoped someone online could help. We are East Coast, so it is 2am here - he said "who else would be online?". I matter of factly said - the West coast!

I will be sure to tell him I was right!

Thanks Kathy!

Go to bed !

That's what I keep telling myself, but just one more peek in the gallery.....

yawn,

Glad to be of help. They named this site appropriately.

Tell DH: neener, neener, neener. (He's just jealous and probably wish he had such a great site to go to for guy stuff.)
