Default Which family of WWCs?

I am interested in starting to get the watercolor wonder crayons. I can only get one color set for now. Which color family do you use the most?

Thanks for your input!

My personal choice with the seasons coming up will be earth elements or rich regals.

I love soft subtles- so that was my vote

It's personal preference, really. I would pick the family you use the most. Or the one you have the most coordinating ink/cardstock for

I went with EE. Soft Subtles is my favorite family, but I think EE would have more use through fall/winter. JMO!

MHO is that the soft subtles are so soft they are hard to see.

I just bought my first color family of WWC and got Earth Elements. I just have to CASE this card by Debbie Olson (or at least try!): http://debbiedesigns.typepad.com/mus..._splendor

My vote would be for EE due to the season! RR as my second choice.

I was torn--it is Earth Elements season, but we're close to sliding into Rich Regal season, and they are my favorites! Either one is wonderful. I love Soft Subtles, too, but if you're only getting one family, I would get darker colors to start.

If you are new to the crayons (like I am) I would choose the bold brights because you can use them for any season if you think about it. I'm getting these first to see how well I really like the crayons.

Rich Regals and Soft Subtles are my favorites but this time of year I would probably go with Rich Regals and save for Sell-A-Bration to buy more and get the free stamps

I'm sure you will get lots of use out of any set, no matter which family you pick. I voted for EE. Here is my logic...you have browns so you can do trees, animals (think dogs, bears, bunnies, etc) shades of green for leaves/stems etc. Yellow and Pink for flowers and sunshine.

Default What a deal!

My LSS is going out of business, which is the sad part, however eveything is on sale. I found a set of 12 WCC for $10!!!! I am going to start with these and see how I like them and which colors I gravitate towards the most. The set came with white, yellow, orange, 2 reds, 2 blues, 2 greens, 2 browns and black.

Okay, now what do you do with the white WCC? For when you stamp on dark CS?
