The question is: what is your best save? You know a card you work on for an hour, down to the last penstroke and oops you get ink on it, or you smear the ink. The reason I ask is I just did a good one. I stamped candles across the bottom of a card, added a layered sentiment and ribbon. I then colored the candles with the Sakura Glaze pens and you guessed it smeared it after it was all done. What to do?? I put liquid applique across the very bottom and voila frosting! I might have to do that again!!!
I know skittl1321 claims some of her works have oops she fixed. They are beautiful. You would never know. Anybody with contributions?? Promise I'll take a pic of mine and upload (Monday!)
This one originally had a sentiment above the paisley and looked horrible. So I covered it with the Tag, and it didn't cover it all the way, so I took the tag off and it messed up the cardstock a bit so then I couldn't even leave the ugly sentiment. Now it's my favorite card. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I once dropped an open ink pad on top of my just-completed scrapbook page. So what did I do? Dropped it again on purpose, of course! Turned out kind of neat--sorta distressed. That's my best save.
