I have to do a travel website project for a web content class that I'm taking and I decided that it would be fun to do a website that lists stamp stores in vacation locations and I was wondering if you SCS folks wouldn't mind helping me out a bit by sharing info about your favorite stamp stores and also any other info about vacation-like activities near those stamp stores. i.e. Stamp 'n Memories in Williamsburg, VA is also near Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Great Wolf Lodge.

I know that when I'm going to visit another town I do a little research up front (including asking) to see if there are any local stores that might peak my interest. This past weekend found me in Lake Charles for a few hours ... and 2 scrapbook stores!

Walnut Grove MN is the childhood home of Laura Ingalls Wilder. The Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum is located here as well as one of the best stores in the area/state for stampers and scrapbookers--Fond Memories at the Creamery

Where is Lake Charles?
I was just making an example. Lake Charles is in Louisiana about an hour from the Texas border. I google the town and put in scrap book. For example: Lake Charles Scrap Book - and got 2 hits.
