I have 2 fiskar paper cutters. Both under $20.00 in price. They cut through one sheet at a time. I notice that even if I carefully line up the paper the cut is slightly uneven. Would a rotary cutter take care of the problem? I just saw one listed on Viking for $120.00 but before I spend that kind of money I want to make sure it would cut perfectly straight. What do you suggest?
Chances are you have the awful Fiskars trimmer that lets the blade wobble while you cut. You can call Fiskars and get it replaced. They are really good about it.
I used to have one of those. It didn't matter what I did, it NEVER cut straight. I ditched it and got a new one like SU! carries (before I became a demo). I LOVE it. It is so much better than the cheap grey ones.

Dump that old-style Fiskars cutter and get their new "Euro-style" triple-track cutter. They're the same ones that SU! sells, just purple and without the logo, and run about $25 when not on sale. I got one several months ago, and haven't had the crooked cutting problem since!
