Over a month ago, I went to a CTMH party and ordered the really amazing glitter set. This was one of the first CTMH parties that I have attended and I am really not close to the hostess. I went as a favor to my son. I have been waiting patiently for it to arrive and have been told that it is backordered. That is all that I have been told. I have asked when the order is expected to arrive and haven't been told anything. I am used to SU giving a date for backorder expected ship dates. Does anyone know why the glitter set is backordered and when I could expect it to arrive?

I would do another post with the title " Need a question answered from a CTMH demo" Maybe that will get someones attention. Hope this matter gets cleared up real soon!
If it was the Glitter Stack, then it was discontinued in August and is no longer available. You should contact your CTMH rep and get a refund. Sorry for the bad news!

I do know they are having trouble filling their orders for Sept. CTMH is really behind this month. They did send out a notice to their demos telling how late they are.

The glitter stack sold out almost immediately in August. If you don't have it by now, contact the demo for a refund.
CTMH is turnaround is about 2 weeks right now. With the new catalog, the promotion, and the new order entry system, things are crazy. They did send us an email the other day. I know ladies who waited 2 weeks for orders to ship, but fortunately that has not happened to me.
Great information and I really appreciate it. I loved the glitter set and was very impressed with it. Wonder why it was demo'd at the event I attended if it was discontinued? Depressing for me now as I had tons of cards I wanted to use the glitter on! :(
