Another vote for Tonic guillotines. I have 2, one that cuts 12x12 paper and a smaller one for my desk. They are both Tim Holtz-branded but made by Tonic. If they ever do not cut cleanly (and that's rare), I cut a piece of aluminum foil a few times and that sharpens the blades back to perfection. I also use the trimmer that Stampin' Up! sells. I love that it has a ruler to the right of the cutting track, because it makes it easy to cut smaller pieces. The blade also stays sharp forever. I haven't replaced it yet and I've owned my trimmer for almost 2 years (and I use it weekly).

I AM SHOCKED by results like this - I replace my blade like every 2 months?
I am like you, Leigh Anne. I replace the blade in my Fiskars every few months so I am always purchasing blades. That is why I got the WRMK one. It was inexpensive and it is working well for basic cutting. If I want to cut my paper length wise in the portrait style, I use the Fiskars as the mini cutter will not cut that size.
I have Fiskars Original Craft Rotary Paper Trimmer and I love it. Expensive, but it cuts heavy weight cardstock. Had it for YEARS and I think I replaced the cutter bar twice and rotary blade 3 times. That's very rare for as much as I use it. You can see the specs at fiskars dot com. Stores used to carry it so I bought with a coupon.

I've been very surprised, too, at how long my blade has lasted, but I truly am not getting any feathering when I cut, even with Basic White (which has always been the first to show signs of a dull blade).
