Craft Direct?

I am not familiar with this vendor. What has been your experience? Speed of order, back order procedure, etc.?

I have ordered from them a few times over the years, once even a couple of months ago, I did not have any problems. they did give me an estimate of when I would see the order and it came a little bit sooner than they thought it was so, I was happy.
