Well, my parents move to WI was successful. We just found them a little ap't yesterday. Mom is feeling very homesick...an issue I wasn't prepared for! These apt's are just so small and not her style at all. They left a beautiful cape-cod style home in NY. I'm hoping to get in there after the landlord has cleaned and decorate and put curtains up that we brought from their house. I think once it looks a little like "home" it will help. Poor thing just can't absorb everything with her Dementia. Sometimes she does take it all in and other times not at all. Dad is glad to be here and knows this is all what they have to do so I am thankful for that.
But, oh I miss you all and the daily SCSing!!! I can't wait to get back to stamping....soon I hope! Thanksgiving is at our place with my husband's family coming, and then after that I should be able to get a little routine back in place!! Glad to see you are all still here and stamping away!!!! I can't wait to catch up on everything again. I'm just touching base to thank some for their RAKs and thought I would jot a note here quick too. Thanks for all your care....have a great turkey day!
We'll be here waiting for you!! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family! I am glad to hear the move went well and that your parents are able to be closer to you.
