Does anyone know of an acid/lignin free clear paper with an adhesive backing. It's an 8 1/2X11" label paper, but clear? I want to be able to use it to attach to emellishments such as tags for scrapbooking.
I have some clear labels at home that are made by Avery. I checked their website just now, and it didn't say if they are acid free. I'm sure the package will say, so I will check when I get home to let you know what it says.
Thanks for checking. I have found a resource online for anyone interested. I emailed them and they said that the acrylic adhesives are acid free. www.rippedsheets.com.
I have used clear labels - from Avery, but they are labels, not a whole sheet, but I have made my own stickers on them- trimmed them after - Also the labels I have are for a laser printer - hassle - had to take them to work to do at lunch
If you're looking for something that covers the entire back of a tag to adhere to a page (instead of spots of adhesive) you can use one of the Xyron machines - I have the 2" & 5 1/2" that I've used.
