A Christmas Wish for Cards - RAK

I just recently received this email from a group that I am a member of, Colleges Against Cancer. We were asked to pass on the information to everyone we know. Could we make this child's Christmas special by flooding his mailbox? Could someone post this in the RAK group. I would but I am not a member of the group yet. Thanks for considering this.

Noah Biorkman is a a 5 year old who is in the last stages of a 2 1/2 year battle with Neuroblastoma Cancer. This year Noah's family will be celebrating Christmas with Noah next week and Noah's wish is to receive LOTS of Christmas cards!

Sometimes during the Holiday season everyone gets so wrapped up in the big things we forget the little things that could really make a difference in someone's life.

This under $1 Christmas Wish would mean the world to Noah and his family, so PLEASE consider sending a Christmas card sometime this week or early next week to full fill Noah's Wish.

All you have to do is get a Christmas card (either store bought or homemade) put it in an envelope and mail it to the address below. It can be at any time in the next week when you have a few minutes to spare!

I saw this on our Freecycle (as a post) in Central Florida...so Little Noah ought to be getting ALOT of cards..expecially if it has made it here!

I heard that they no longer want to receive cards... They've been flooded with gifts and cards and that they are grateful but now want to spend the last moments with Noah as a family.

Wow! The outpouring of love and concern for Noah is just amazing! Scott and I never in a million years thought that so many people would want to send Christmas cards to Noah. However, please note: We did already celebrate Christmas LAST Sunday -- November 8th.

PLEASE STOP SENDING CARDS AND GIFTS!!!!

Noah is very ill. He is not getting out of bed and it's time for Scott, our families, and I to concentrate on our son. His time is very short and he needs us.

Scott and I would like to say thank you so much for the support and continued show of love. However, we are asking that everyone please stop sending cards and gifts.

Also, everyone please post the stop order on Facebook and any other websites or organizations that you belong to. We need the peace right now.
