I say go for it and spend your stamping time stamping gifts that will please alot of people and maybe yourelf as well!
My thoughts exactly! How can people be disappointed when you are sending a wonderful photo card and making beautiful homemade gifts. If you think you will still feel guilty, just attach a snowflake or other holiday themed brad to one corner as an embelishment for a personal touch!
Thank you! I was feeling so much pressure to do one better than last year (when I stupidly made tons of shaker cards!) and I don't really want to have to top it. We've always sent a family photo, but more of a wallet size. I thought I'd get mamak to make us a cool photo card since she's technically inclined and all. Thanks ladies! I'll release my guilt and concentrate on some really cute gift sets!
Sounds awesome to me!!! Prehaps that could be an addition to her business digital christmas cards!
I can not wait to see what wonderful creations you come up with for gifts!

Here is another fun idea that I did one year. I didn't feel like writing our Christmas letter so I asked my 7 yr old son if he could. I gave him guidelines to remember something for everyone in the family and try to remember all the fun stuff we did throughout the year. It was hilarious to read his verion of our year! I sent out his letter and embellished it a little and that was my chrisitmas card for the year ;)
Photo cards are too cute at Christmas - especially of kids! I wouldn't feel guilty at all. You could always wheel up the envelopes and feel like you still sort of stamped the Christmas cards. ;)
Hey Girl!!
I send photo cards every year. We have people all over and they love seeing a picture. Go for it! After I made 50 cards to send out the first year I thought, geesh all they are going to do is probably read this and throw it away. Way toooo much work for that! I use shutterfly and they always look awesome!
Last year I had that same decision to make. I went ahead and did the photo cards that I ordered from Wal-mart. It was the GREATEST feeling ever!! You could even have them put your name on it. It saved me sooo much time. I will definitely be doing that again this year. I have birth announcements to make and I really enjoy doing that. They'll be getting both at the same time anyway!!
