I appreciate the Frugalities sale. I can only imagine the number of daily orders they have been receiving. I read the terms before I placed my order. By placing my order I accepted the terms.

Thank you for saying it so much nicer than I was thinking it! Read before you buy and if you don't like the terms, don't purchase. It's real simple. No need to badmouth. Some of the topics in this thread are in tune with beating my head against a wall. Sorry, just getting annoyed and since I have a choice, think i'll choose to stop reading the thread! LOL
Hi... had a really NICE answer to my email to Frugalities about my shipping confirmation. They assured me that my pkg was mailed last wednesday and that if I didn't receive it in the next few days to please contact them again. VERY polite email... just wanted to share...

I've already received 2 of the 3 orders I placed. They arrived sooner than I expected, were packaged well and you can't beat the price or quality. I highly recommend this company....although my bank account is in mourning.
My eagerly-anticipated parcel arrived this morning! I'm lucky the contents were so well-packaged, as somewhere along the way something crushed one end of the priority box pretty good. As soon as I bounced into my craft area with my box, this apparently was a signal for my cat to yak up a hairball and my DH to start showing me his latest Magic deck. Just let me fondle my stuff and read the packaging and instructions, dangit!
I have placed 2 orders. The first one was on 7/7 and yesterday, I received an EMAIL from them that they had shipped the order and were issuing a store credit for one item that they do not have. The store credit will be automatically credited to my next order.
I am assuming that the credit will show up on the 7/11 order. I am soooo excited about getting both orders ---- I went a little crazy. Was sooooo fun !
WOW! All I have to say is wow. I received my box of goodies about 10 minutes ago and I am so impressed with Frugalities. I've never seen better packaging anywhere. Super happy! Their shipping costs are totally in line with the weight if what I bought. My box was heavy. Two scrapbooks, 15 bottles of Stickles, paper, chipboard, punches, etc. Top rate company in my opinion!
I placed my first frugalities order tonight at 48% off - other than the great packaging and slow shipment comments on this page, how are the contents? Are you pleased with the quality of your merchandise? I ordered from frugalities, SU, stamp impressions, and rubber stamp fun all in the last few days. My reward for sticking to Weight Watchers so well. I will post on quality and length of time when the orders arrive. Can hardly wait!!!
Be prepared for a very long wait. I ordered on July 7th and finally got a confirmation that it had been shipped yesterday. I would say that 9 days to put together an order to ship out is NOT good considering I paid the extra $2.99 to have faster shipping. I would say do not waste your money paying the $2.99! That being said, they were very nice and apoligized for the delay. They told me it should be shipped last Friday but I contacted them today and asked if it had been mailed since I didn't get the shipping confirmation I had been promised. They e-mailed back immediately with a confirmation stating it was mailed out yesterday. All that being said, I will definitely order from them again. Their prices are fantastic and I don't mind waiting but I do mind paying $2.99 to have to wait a full 2 weeks for it to get to my house.

And my spam is not blocked...still iam not receving any mails from them..!!

Had the package arrived...I wuld have been appraising Frugalities as everyone is doin...who hav recvd there package...
But I guess they dont know onething...here in India...once sumthing is charged on ur card..cant be revert back..I have to pay it..
I guess in U.S...can cancel it..if u dont receive it..!!

Don't be alarmed! Send them an e-mail with your order number as the subject. When I did this, I got an immediate response from them. They have an 800# I am sure but even if they don't, I will still call them for you if you want me to. Just send me a pm and your order number. I'll call them if you don't get an e-mail response and ask on your behalf and get right back to you. I feel very certain you will get your package!

Refer to my above post. I just realized I should have quoted you so it was obvious who I was talking to.
Their email is [email protected]. They do respond to emails but it could be the time difference between Washington and India that you're not getting your response rightaway. Be prepared though that they can be quite curt and abrupt in their responses.

They don't list any phone numbers on their site and i read on another forum they don't entertain phone calls, all correspondence is by email.
I ordered from Frugalities on the 11th, and it shipped today. 3 weeks ago, I ordered from Morethanink.com - and it took them 2 weeks to fill my order. Quicker service and better prices at Frugalities!

I emailed them today just to check on the status of my order. They immediatly mailed back with shipment notification. So far I am very happy with their customer service! I am excited to see how the shipment arrives so that I can order again!!!
I received my order from them yesterday, and it was packaged extremely well and had a few candies in with the stamps I ordered! I also ordered some Class A Peels (Stampendous stickers) and they were packaged separately from the rubber stamps so as not to bend them. I am one happy, satisfied customer!

If you ordered on the 12th, strictly speaking, frugalities has until the 26th to fulfil your order based on their policy of 5-10 working days (which translates into 1-2 weeks), unless you paid for rushed shipping.
However, don't worry too much because shipping to NY takes only about 3-4 days, based on my experience. So if your parents are still going to be around for another 10-14 days, you should be able to receive your package.
If in the event that your package really doesn't make it before your parents leave, you still have the option of asking your sister to mail it to you although you'll have to incur shipping charges then.

Based on previous replies on this thread, they'll give you store credit, which I don't think you're keen on. Why don't you email them back and ask them to refund you on your credit card.
Yay! My first box o' stuff arrived just now! I received the shipping notification email on July 16th and the box arrived in MN on July 18th. Ah... the candy was such a nice little bonus as I need a small sugar rush too. ;)

My order came just now. I'm attaching pics of how it came. I was concerned because I had a single sheet of stickers and a sheet of punch out tags. Also 4 clunky punches so I was concerned the punches would ding up my papers and all.
Well they did an amazing job packing it. I was so impressed. They put everything on cardboard and then shrink wrapped it all, all the flat stuff seperate from my clunky stuff. Not a thing was out of place and it all looked great. My jolly rancher candy did melt a bit into one of the tags, but not in a way that it will matter once I punch it out. I'm sure it's not this stinkin hot there!
I got my shipping notice Monday and package arrived here in FL today. One thing I liked is that they copied the whole packing info into the email I got so I knew nothign was back ordered or left out or anything before even getting it.
dangit I can't do an attachment, I'm not sure why. I can try later or better yet I'll put it on my blog if you want to see.
