Hi Ladies,
Here is my question! What do you do with your dollar stamps (studio G or the clear ones)... It seems like I buy them but never use them! Can you show me some of your cards made with them. I really need to dig them out and use them or get rid of them because they are taking up space for other possibilities lol
I have a ton of these, and they are cute, but kind of hard to use on a card because they are so small. You've reminded me to get them out and use them again.

Because they are small I tend to use them in CAS cards like this one. Otherwise the image is just kind of overwhelmed by the rest of the card.

I quite often use them along with another set - they have a lot of great sentiments included in those little sets that I especially love to use (I can never have enough sentiments!) Here are a couple I did just with dollar sets: Gobble Gobble Gobble by jkstampin at Splitcoaststampers
You can see some in my gallery (I'm basically a new stamper) but The bunnys and the Carrot are.... also I'm working on a spring one where I used two of them (and masking) for the Easter Chickie and the Flowers. I don't have that posted yet but should within the next fe days.
Hi Ladies.. I just got home from work and all the posted cards are great! Thanks for sharing.. I am going to set a goal to start using some of these soon!
I use a lot of them but I have shelves my hubby built me on the wall especially for stamps so they are only 1.5 inches deep. I love to put these stamps on that shelf because they are so brightly colored and look great on the shelf...is that a good reason to buy them...lol They are hard not to buy.
blessings.
Lovebirds - The top "Love" stamp and the flower scroll at the bottom were $1 stamps
Flyaway to France - the airplane is a $1 SET of stamps from Target - very smelly and flimsy, but they seemed to work ok and the "Bon Voyage" is also a $1 Studio G stamp
and, finally,:
Celtic Love - the stamps around the medallion and the "With love."

I love what you did with that flourish! I've been eyeing it for several weeks, but I wasn't sure how well it would translate into a card. Now I think I'll pick it up.
