I'm going... "Huh?" Then I remember..... it's the middle of the month! Time for Fan Club Gallery!
SO SOON!!! I feel like it's still July, not August. How did we get here so fast???

You took the words right out of my mouth.

I thought the same thing at first! But it really is August. The summer is coming to an end too quickly. :(
Julie has been teaching classes up in B.C. and has been ubber busy!!!! I do believe she told me her pants are on fire (or perhaps it's her hair - LOL). Needless to say I'm thinking that she has dropped for the night, but hopefully she'll see us begging for hints soon. She won't even give me clues :( I have to wait too - I don't think that is fair - LOL! We tell each other all kinds of things, but I can't even con her into squeaking out any little details
I'm so sorry, girls. I have not had a spare hour or two to write a clue-filled poem. I have been spread so thin, and under the gun of late.
Ellen's not kidding when she says my hair's afire. I've been going Mach 3 and so far behind, that I can SEE my BUTT up ahead, and the flames are gettin' higher! How's that for visual stimuli?!
I just got back late yesterday from a weekend series of classes I taught up in BC. And, now must turn my attention to the write-up that goes on the home-page when we unveil the DD every month.
Thank you for being so patient . . .
(OK, so, ya'all are NOT so patient!!! chuckle!) and understanding that I just couldn't swing a poem this month. (wink!)

I'm going to be really bold and say that I deserve to know the whole kit and kaboodle. Today is my 38th birthday and tomorrow is my 8th Wedding Anniversary. It would make a wonderful combined birthday/anniversary present if a Dirty Girl would share the August secret with me! :p I promise I won't share with anyone.
This poem is so late, almost time for the curtain,
I can't write like Julie, that much is for certain!
A fabulous gallery awaits your perusal
Inside you will find wonderful ideas, as usual.
Our latest designer, her creations are most winning,
We know you've adored her, right from the beginning.
In the gallery awaits you, so many delights,
Bushels of apples, a journal done up just right!
A colorful fairy with a fabulous twist,
A gorgeous candle, not to be missed
The most darling animals you ever did see.
Some glittery fishes and the cutest dungarees.
A seasonal stunner, an incredible love letter,
Just wait, it just keeps getting better and better.
A fun little set, that just takes the cake,
A linen bound album, that looks oh so great.
The most darling bugs that you ever did see,
And so many cool tins, wish they'd send them to me!
A zooful of animals, some darling mice too,
A pirate, a cowby, an initial in blue.
A key to happiness, some fabulous paisley,
A pocket card that has gone really dotty.
A cute litte handprint, a sheerly wonderful votive
I know that you'll find this gallery most creative.
I hope you won't boo me, I've tried to be helpful,
By writing this teaser, even if it's quite awful.
I wouldn't be here if I stamped like I write,
See you tomorrow, but for now, good-night.

Let me see..... might it be ready at the stroke of midnight? ....like Cinderella's coach? OH! NO! Bad Idea! Then everything would turn into pumpkins and mice .....and (UGH) rats.
