I've ordered from them once, my order came quickly and I was quite happy with it. The prices were good and the shipping (I thought) was very reasonable. The only "problem" (if you want to call it that) was that the website showed the Swiss Dot embossing folders in stock, and when the order came, there was a note that they were backordered and she would ship them as soon as she got them. That was a little over a week ago and I haven't gotten any notice that those folders have shipped yet.
I placed an order on April 28th and I received a notification TODAY that it was being shipped. So the prices are GREAT, but the shipping is a bit slow, in my experience. I'm not complaining, although it would have been nice to get an email confirmation that they received the order in the first place. I was beginning to wonder, but I practiced patience and got the shipping notification today. Now I just need to receive the actual product! Gives me something to look forward to I suppose!
I've ordered from her several times. The prices are good and for the most part shipping is fairly quick. Both a friend and I have had recent instances, however, where we've had to contact her several times to find out what was going on w/our orders.
