Bad news about envelopes

I just called Office Depot about my order, some of which were backordered, and was told that there was an obvious error in the price and the wholesaler would not ship them for .01/box. I asked about the quantity that was on hand and was told that none of us would get any boxes for .01. The operator that I talked to confirmed the info she gave me with her supervisor.
Does anyone want to call and see what they are told?

I JSUT called to cehck the status of my backorder and was told, they would ship at the end of the month for 1.00 for my 100 boxes plus a 3.95 shipping charge. Guess i'll wait and see

which #did you call? the one at the viking site or the office depot site or are they the same.

the person I talked to earlier wasn't sure if I would get them or not. I am scheduled for delivery on Monday so I guess I will find out.

I imagine it's alot like calling DS, get a different response depending on who you talk to.

I called 1800 463 3768. I do have a confirmed order, but the operator insisted that she had seen the problem of the wrong price before and the orders were not shipped. Is this the same number that you called?

we'll see no harm in trying right? I called this am and she said they were confirmed? we'll see no worries if not it would be a huge loss for them!
