Alrighty, when I stamp with my stazon using any kind of lined images, instead of nice, neat, regular thin lines, they are thick and wet. Any suggestions?

I was having the same problem...I discovered that if I don't store upside down then pad doesn't get super wet. I also let air dry for a couple of minutes before I stamp. If I see that the stamp is super saturated with ink, I stamp off firt. HTH
I find with my staz on that I can NOT store it upside down, as the ink pools on the top *TOO* much, I want a nice dry pad with it. The other thing I did was the little top that is covering the staz on (inside of the pad), I took a few glue dots and put them on the lid then pushed that plastic piece into the lid so that it is still there to protect my staz on, but is not sitting directly on top of it, and I don't have to fight to get it off every time I want to use my staz on.

The extra thing in the Staz-On is important...what ever it is. It's that plastic piece. When I worked at the local scrabook store, that one was thrown away and the pad seemed to dry out pretty fast. Because the ink is solvent-based, it dries so quickly that plastic really helps to keep it moist.
