Default Anyone tried this other wheel guide?

I just came across this wheel guide tonight and am wondering if anyone has tried it or seen it demo'd? It looks a little confusing and I'm not sure what the deal is with the space in the middle. I guess that's where the wheel goes? I learned that to wheel you start off the edge of the paper and I don't see how you could with this guide.

I checked the website on the tool in the picture and found this page: http://www.thecardladies.com/SimplyPerfectTools.htmIt explains a little bit about this and related tools. It looks like the inner track is actually meant for using the mini rollers, not the larger sized. A regular wheel would be rolled along the outside edge, and then you'd slide the tool along as you wanted to extend the line.

HTH!
