AMAZING customer service!!

I am SO tickled pink with the OUTSTANDING service that I got from an online store!! I just recieved 11 cuttlebug A2 folders!! Cheaper than I could have gotten them with a coupon from Micheals I might add! She emailed me to thank me for my order! She e-mailed me after they'd been sent! My credit card is not charged until the items are shipped!! She was such a SWEETHEART she even put a little candy in my box! PLUS she didn't even charge me actual shipping! I'm too excited and am going to go play!! :mrgreen:

BTW It was Sheila at www.scrappingreatdeals.com Bwaa haaa haa I don't even know her, but I love her!!

That's where I also received my cuttlebug dies & folders from. Service was awesome and so were the prices. She also emails you and let's you know when your orders are shipped. Highly recommended.

It's already been said and I'll say it again. Scrappingreatdeals.com has amazing customer service and tons of great products. The thing that amazes me the most is that when I emailed Sheila to enquire if she could get some products that she didn't currently carry for me, she said no problem! And a few weeks later, I had them. She ships worldwide too!

Not sure about the exchange rate, but if you e-mail her she always got back to me VERY quickly. I forgot to mention too there is no tax till March!!

I just went there to order one cuttlebug folder ($5.9 and the shipping was $7.00 so I canceled the order. I guess it's not worth it to order just one thing.

I emailed Sheila, and she got back to me within the hour. She told me that the exchange rate is $1 Canadian to $1.22 US. It will be reflected on your credit card statement, but not in your cart. Also, there is no tax if you are ordering from the US. I agree about the shipping for one item, so I just decided to order 6 items!! I can't wait until they arrive!

Sheila rocks!

I ordered over $100 (so free shipping). Some of the items weren't in stock (dang scalloped giga punches), but she's told me they will extend the free shipping to them when they are in as well as giving me free shipping on the $68 worth of stuff that WAS in stock. She also called me to tell me this right after I processed the order and I was able to add something else that I'd neglected to put on the original request (pushed the dang send button too soon, LOL!)

Also got the candy in my package (which shipped really quickly!), but DD stole that!!!

Scrapping Great Deals is one good store..wonderful service and communication..I ordered some stickles..1 of the colors wud not be in till nxt week..so she had e-mailed me to let me know..also in same e-mail tol me bout some new colors comin in end of nxt week (stickles) i asked her if she wud hold my order till i cheked those out..and she replied no problem..she is just wonderful..loves Gail

I agree with you Heather. I recently bought a cuttlebug and was happy to find that store to buy some embossing folders. Great service and prices are good too.
